BrANCH OUT: YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION

Flat FEE: $125

We charge a flat fee of $125 to assess your family tree puzzles and determine the best course to get you the most robust results for your budget. The initial consultation will include a complete lineage from you to your maternal and paternal grandparents.  From there you will tell me which branches of your tree have the most priority to you and we can set a plan to move forward.  If you have existing family tree (or rough sketches) on paper or on services like Ancestry.com, I will ask you to provide them or access to them.  If you have had your DNA tested (HIGHLY recommended for a successful outcome), you will share your log-in details with me so I can utilize your DNA to get indisputable results on your family history. Or, if preferred, I can facilitate DNA testing and house your DNA in my personal database.

OUT ON A LIMB: SOLVING YOUR FAMILY MYSTeRIES

Flat FEE: $250 (1 branch/4 generations)

There is a $250 flat fee to research each branch (example: your father, grandfather, great-grandfather and 2x great grandfather), includes their spouses and children where applicable, but not the details of the spouse's forebears.  When possible, additional generations may be added, but are budgeted based on hourly research expectation.
